Goldfinch Property Homes CIC is a non profit-making organisation which enables benefactors, trust funds, and philanthropists to make a difference to their local community in perpetuity.

We work with your donation to develop homes and refuges for those that need them most. With your donation and our practical work and skills we can create something valuable together. Those homes are then asset-locked.

What is an asset-lock? An ‘asset-lock’ means that property can only be sold to another organisation in future which delivers services to the community at no profit e.g. a charity or CIC. If Goldfinch Property Homes CIC is dissolved in the longer term, the asset is passed to another community organisation by a regulator; the lock is in perpetuity.
