About Goldfinch Property Investments.
We work with investors who want their money to do more. Whether you're holding savings in a low-return account, looking for an ethical alternative to mainstream investments, or to invest your SSAS pension to make a tangible difference, you're in the right place.
At Goldfinch, we create high-quality supported housing for people who are vulnerable or need support and have no other support structure. In doing so, we offer our investors something rare: secure, asset-backed returns that also deliver meaningful social impact. We offer two ways to invest: a standard loan model and a Shariah-compliant structure, so you can choose the approach that aligns with your values and your faith.
We started Goldfinch because we believe property should serve people, not just profit. With our combined experience in architectural design, project management, and the charity sector, we saw an opportunity to do things differently and to prove that doing good and doing well financially can go hand in hand.
If you’re looking for a more purposeful way to invest, we’d love to hear from you.
What We Stand For
-
To offer property investments that are profitable and a force for good we will do this by delivering secure, asset-backed returns to our investors, or holding jointly and profitably, safe, high-quality homes for people facing homelessness, domestic abuse, complex needs, or leaving care.
By partnering with private investors, housing providers, and care organisations, we design and renovate spaces that support dignity, wellbeing, and long-term stability. Through every project, we build lasting value, for investors, communities, and the people who need these homes most.
-
Better Investments, for Better Results, for Everyone.
Our mission is to connect educated investors like you, with investments with fixed returns that out-perform traditional savings and investment products, to make a real difference to both the wealth of your family and to society.
We work in partnership with private investors, housing providers, and care organisations to create high-quality homes that support safety, stability, and dignity for people facing homelessness, domestic abuse, complex needs, or leaving care.
Alternatively we provide joint partnerships for those looking to grow their money in a way that aligns with their values.

Natasha McCracken Meek
Managing Director
Prior to pursuing property development, Natasha was a strategy consultant for charities that serve the needs of vulnerable groups. She has a deep practical understanding of client needs gained whilst working within a charity for homeless and vulnerable people. Her charity specialisms are domestic refuge and sexual violence, homelessness, ex-dependency, ex-perpetrators, and young people with complex needs.
“I’ve been investing with Goldfinch since 2022 because I wanted my money to do more - to support something local, ethical, and impactful. Natasha and Andy build their business on strong values, upgrading homes for people who need care. The returns are better than a bank, it’s personally guaranteed, and it genuinely makes a difference. I trust them - and I’m proud to be part of it.”

Awards and Recognition

Each year, the Property Mastermind Top Performer Awards are presented by world-renowned property expert Simon Zutshi.
The award recognises those who, during his intensive year-long Property Mastermind programme, achieve £1 million in property value and £40,000 per year in cash flow — all within their first year.
We are proud to have received this award in recognition of the results we delivered through our early projects, and the foundations we built for Goldfinch.
