Goldfinch Property Investments is an ethical property development company focused on creating high-quality homes for vulnerable people, whilst also giving our private investors the opportunity to earn highly competitive financial returns or build their wealth over time. Returns are at a fixed-rate and can be paid rolled-up at the end of the term (which could be as short as 6 months) or returns paid monthly over a longer-term, fitting the different requirements you have of your savings.
Our investors know they can get more from their savings, not just in terms of growth, but by leaving a bricks-and-mortar contribution to society and changing people’s lives.
Goldfinch Property Homes CIC is our new not-for profit venture which will enable us to provide homes for families fleeing domestic violence. Currently many larger families, or families with older boys, are not housed in refuges, but instead have to stay in bed and breakfasts; they also have to leave their pets behind, which are extremely important for mental health and any sense of continuity for children in the trauma they are living through. We are passionate about creating homely and secure refuges for such families including their pets.
