How to Invest with Goldfinch
We make it simple for you to invest your money in a way that delivers real returns and real impact.
Whether you're new to property investment or looking for something more values-led, we offer two ways to get involved. Both are backed by property assets and designed to support the creation of high-quality homes for people who need them most.
Two Ways to Invest
1. Fixed Return Investment
This is a straightforward loan-based model. You lend capital to Goldfinch, and in return receive a fixed percentage return over an agreed term. Your investment is secured against property assets. It’s a hands-off, low-effort way to put your money to work while making a meaningful difference.
2. Shariah-Compliant Investment
We also offer an alternative structure for those who prefer to avoid interest-based returns. This model is built on shared risk and ethical partnership, in line with Shariah principles. It’s asset-backed, transparent, and open to anyone who wants to align their investment with their values.
