Property Investment With Value.

Goldfinch Property Investments was founded on a simple belief: better investments can create better returns, not just for investors, but for everyone.

Natasha and Andy connect educated investors who want to grow their money wisely with property projects that deliver real social value. Our investors earn stronger, fixed-rate returns backed by property assets, enabling the creation of homes for people who are vulnerable to homelessness due to complex needs or experiences of domestic abuse. We are also inclusive of investors who wish to follow Shariah principles in their investing.

With Goldfinch Property Investments, your investment goes further. You help build homes that offer safety, dignity, and stability to those who need them most.

Explore below how we spot potential, have the skills to develop not just structurally sound and practical homes, but beautiful shared spaces.

healing, dignity, and a sense of being part of something again.
That’s what we design for, every time.

We believe good homes create the conditions for people to rebuild their lives. That’s the kind of value we build.

Every project starts with potential others might overlook, but we see opportunity. From tired buildings to renewed homes, we create spaces that feel safe and lasting. Explore our before and afters to see how investment with us directly contributes to better living and lives — with strong, reliable returns for our investors.

Living Room

The living room sets the tone for the whole home. When it feels cared for, people are more likely to care for themselves and each other. It’s where friendships form, routines begin, and everyday moments start to feel normal again. That’s a quiet kind of healing.

In too many developments this space is cramped, however we prioritise communal space, comfort, and light.

Kitchen

The kitchen is the heart of a shared home, especially in supported living. It’s where people connect, cook, talk, and feel part of something.

We know that cooking and living in community can be healing if the space is designed right and with enough flow and ease for everyone to fit in comfortably. We prioritise the living experience of residents when designing the space.

When a kitchen is clean, welcoming, and functional, it gives people dignity and autonomy. It says: you matter here.

In one development, we created a large kitchen that opens onto a private green space. The inside–outside flow makes it easier to gather, share meals, and simply enjoy being home.

Bedroom

For many of the people we house, having their own safe room is something they’ve never truly had.

A well-designed bedroom offers more than sleep, it offers refuge. It’s the first space where someone can exhale, close the door, and feel safe in their own skin again.

Some of our developments include deep structural work that requires our architectural experience to bring up to standard and to utilise the space for the best experience for the future resident.

These aren’t just design choices, they’re part of our commitment to doing property differently. Want to be part of the next one?
