Every community needs homes that offer more than shelter — they need safety, dignity and belonging......where profit isn't the bottom line.

That’s why we’ve launched Goldfinch Property Homes CIC — the new community interest arm of Goldfinch, created to enable us to us support the development of homes for families in refuge or transition which wouldn't otherwise be financially viable.

Through an asset lock, benefactors and trust funds can invest knowing that their contribution will always stay within the community. Once an asset is locked, it can’t be sold unless to another community organisation and at no profit. It is legally bound to support its social purpose for generations.

This is how we turn property into permanence — and philanthropy into place.
